We operate primarily on a remote support basis. You are responsible for providing accurate access credentials, equipment details, and network information required for us to perform our work.

We do not install physical equipment. Our role is strictly to configure, troubleshoot, and guide.

4. Payment Terms

All services must be paid according to the terms agreed upon during scheduling. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or delay services for unpaid or overdue accounts.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Remote sessions must be scheduled in advance. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

6. Liability Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure correct and secure configuration. However, Virtual Networking Services is not liable for:

  • Data loss or security breaches due to pre-existing misconfigurations or outdated hardware

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., ISPs, cloud services)

  • User actions or misuse of equipment post-configuration

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

All client information and credentials shared with us are treated as confidential. We do not store or reuse login information unless explicitly requested by the client.
